ANATEL reviewed the test requirements for mobile phone chargers and decided to publish a new act with guidelines and test scope for this product type, the Act 5155 was published on Apr 17th, 2024 and will come into force on Oct 14th, 2024.
With this new act, the act number 5259 is now revoked.
Act 5155 defines safety and EMC tests for DC/DC, AC/DC and inductive mobile phone charges.
