The innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) published on the official Gazette a new standard, RSS-252, for intelligent transportation systems-dedicated short-range communications (DSRC) on board unit (OBU).
“The standard establishes the certification requirements for license-exempt DSRC on-board OBU devices operating in the band 5850-5925 MHz.”
