NEW ZEALAND: Radiocommunications Regulations (Radio Standards) Notice 2023

On July 10th, New Zealand published the Notice of Radiocommunications Regulations (Radio Standards) Notice 2023 that came into force on July 1st, 2023. 

The notice prescribes the classes of products, the standards applicable to particular classes of products, the level of conformity applicable to a class of products, and products that are exempt from the need to be the subject of a DoC.
