Vietnam MIC issues three new National Technical Regulations:
QCVN 54:2020/BTTTT, QCVN 74:2020/BTTTT, QCVN 122:2020/BTTTT which will enter into force from July 01st, 2021.
1) Circular 34/2020/TT-BTTTT and QCVN 74:2020/BTTTT (for 1GHz ~ 40GHz SRD).
2) Circular 35/2020/TT-BTTTT and QCVN 54:2020/BTTTT (for 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and BT).
3) Circular 38/2020/TT-BTTTT and QCVN 122:2020/BTTTT (for LPWAN and LoRa).
Also, the following technical standards have been updated for 2021.

All these standards will only be able to be certified by the 1st of July 2021. Old standards will not be able to be used after the effective date of these new standards. Currently, only the local labs are capable to do tests for certain new standards only.
